For Your Perusal: Bibliographica 6

December 5, 2006

The sixth issue (Winter 2006) of Bibliographica is finally done and ready for downloading:

This issue features: Robert Walp of Chester Creek Press describing why (and how) he got into printing; Grant Wilkins giving an overview of the Ottawa Book Arts Fair 2006 (thanks Grant!); and Skye Hardesty offers an appreciation of the work of Tom Killion.

You will likely notice that this issue is not as well designed as some of the previous ones.  This is because Kira’s computer died and so I had to design it on my computer at work.  Alas, I lack the skills that Kira has, but I assure you that this issue is only an anomaly and everything will be back to normal for the Spring issue.

Old Stile Press Blog

December 1, 2006

I recently received an e-mail from Nicolas McDowall of The Old Stile Press alerting me to his blog. I was about to type “new blog” but it’s been active since the beginning of November. So far, there’s a lot of good commentary and a number of images, some of which are quite beautiful.  So go check it out! Here’s the link:
